yep ms is stuck in a loop hole it cant get rid of ,they released vista didnt fly
released w7 ,the economy around the globe is on the verge of colapse(i ignore china cause china has been a financial superpower for millenia so for them it is busyness as usual!
DirectX 11 is backward compatible to at least DirectX 9.0c, so even if it were a purely DirectX 11 game, it would still run on older hardware. The way the backward compatibility works is to pick out the features that DirectX 10, 10.1, and 11 added, and if the card doesn't support the newer DirectX versions, it simply disables those features and lets you run what the card can handle.

No.... millions of ppl never have bought OSs' unless they got it with the purchase of a new pc or something.... in "certain(big) parts of the world" there are more pirated stuff than ppl on the streets...
