Somone told me that they eased up the grind on FFXI, if this is true.. how easier is it?
I find interest in this game because of the class system, I found my self re rolling on WoW because I kept being un satisfied with each class.. WoW doesent even have classes that interest me in the first place [ compared to FFXI / Lineage II ... they have awsome classes;) ]

They lowered the exp needed to level after 50 by quite a large amount. For example, on level 55 you used to need 20k exp to ding, where as now you only need 13k. It really does help to speed you through the 50's and 60's. By the time you've hit 70, it's really only 1k or so lower than what it used to be.
