Aeria Games has announced that Eden Eternal has been updated with a new class, a higher level cap, a new PvP "Territory War" feature, and with new quests, dungeons and territories. The Warlock class is a necromancer-like character class that can raise minions to battle foes.
PvP “Territory War” – The highly anticipated “Territory Wars” system puts guilds in a free-for-all brawl. The will consistently push the limits of teamwork, pushing players to work in a timely manner to either claim or defend the various territories. With the success of each battle will come opportunities for various rewards on both the offensive and defensive side of the fight.

Have they got rid of the pathetic in game captcha yet. Because I'm not playing it again until they do...
I wish I could get excited about one of these little f2p titles. There are SO many of them. You'd think that one or two of them out there SURELY are good. I wonder if this is one of them? But will I take the time to download it and try it without recommendation from someone that's actually played it? Probably not.
I would love to find a good free to play game that isn't pay to win and doesn't charge you for BASIC things like bag space and storage. I'm not sure such a game exists.

Eden Eternal is a genuinely good game. Its F2P, but its not pay to win. I'm back on Everquest 2 because I want to hang out with my old guild mates, but if I wasnt playing that I would be playing Eden Eternal.
Well I might just have to give it a try then. I'm AWAY from EQ2 atm because my guild has become temporarily inactive. There are many away taking care of family stuff right now, so....we're sort of in opposite situations. LOL

They will NEVER come close to being a subscription amount.
In fact, the last game I used the cash shop for I bought $20 of credit and only spent $6 of it in the six months I played.
I don't mind at all paying to fund a game. I'm a regular TWO subscription gamer. I've just never personally found a good QUALITY free to play game that didn't SEEM LIKE....a free to play game. And I don't want to pay for basic things like bag and storage space. If I'm going to buy stuff from an item shop, I want it to be like appearance gear and potions. If I log into a free to play game and see I have hardly any bag space and am expected to buy a basic necessity like that....I log right back out and take the game off my hard drive. I shit you not. It offends me to have to pay for those kinds of things. I'd rather pay a subscription and not feel like I've had money PRIED from my hands for basic needs.
I guess this is why I don't play free to play games. So this one makes you buy bag space too huh? Pfft. Figures. So it's back to looking for another pay to play game again. I'm not surprised. I know it sounds trite and silly and irrelevant to be so bunged up over bag space. It's just a pet peeve of mine. Sorry, but it's what it is.

Don't let this company fool you, they ban innocent players without a second thought. I played this game for 1month only to get banned 5 TIMES! for no reason. You can read my story on my blog.

The GM's in this game went as far as manipulating their own forum filters to replace specific phases to say I was Duping to discredit me from posting the truth.
STAY AWAY! or don't and find out yourself!
