Tera won't be at PAX this year

EME has announced that Tera won't be at Pax this year. Instead they will have a Open House at their downtown Seattle office on Aug.27 from 3pm-7pm . To get into the Open House you need a Tera online.com account and write to EME to get a ticket.

I was looking forward to check out TERA this year at PAX, and ask them a few questions.

    They must be doing some serious stuff to this game.

    Im wondering .

     

    Could they be revamping the entire structure of the game?

    To the caterpillar it is the end of the world, to the master, it is a butterfly.

    I don't see why they even need to change anything other than translating it to other languages.

    Instead of conforming to the othe other cultures, why don't they just educate people about their own? I mean seriously, panty shots? Oooh culture shock! People'll get over it. Other thngs too, doesn't matter if people don't understand at first, they'll get it eventually.

    The only changes besides translations that we know of so far are the Elin changes, and changes to the PvP ruleset for the PvP servers. EME has said there is the potential for various other leveling speed, difficulty, rng, etc. changes, but have said nothing specific about those yet.

    What I heard a while back was that they are "Westernizing" some of the quests and story too.
