Scarlet Legacy: The Race for $15,000 Begins

GamesCampus has announced that Scarlet Legacy has officially entered its open beta phase of development. During the open beta which is scheduled to run through the end of September, guilds will race to level. The top place guild will win $10,000 in cash and $5,000 in Campus Credits. An additional $25,000 will be split among the next nine guilds.
In addition to the huge Guild Ranking Competition, the open beta gameplay experience for Scarlet Legacy comes with an abundance of new content including a new level cap of 40, a whopping 60 new options for skill leveling, ten new Martial Arts stances and over 75 new quests. Two new in-game stores offer a staggering 180 extra items, plus the addition of more than 115 new crafting recipes and more drop designs. Altogether, the new items, equipment, and weapons bring the total to over 400 new pieces for players to acquire and show off!

INSTALLING THIS GAME FUCKED UP MY COMPUTER. DO NOT GET THIS GAME!
I think they should have used some of that prize money and hired a real translator. Their english in their quest logs is terrible. Almost unbearable.
This game is excellent. Yes, there is very bad broken english in the quest text, but honestly, if that's all you can complain about, that's pretty shallow. It's really fun. Lack of classes kinda sucks, but it really doesn't draw anything away from the game yet.
This game keeps pando media running full time, even after exiting the game. Thats probably why your computer was "fucked up". If you do want to play, either uninstall pando after you download the game or use a program such as netlimiter.
Questing in this game is not fun at all, the translation is so bad that you won't even know what is going on. Or what the questgivers are actually trying to tell you, it's suppose to be a story based MMO but it falls way short of the mark due to the bad translations. If you like reading your quest text and getting immersed in the story you might want to skip this one.
Brian, and Cyb0rg, if you do NOT want to deal with/install Pando Media Booster, do the following: Go to their main site, then the Download page, then instead of installing their "downloader.exe" which is only 2 megs, get the Bit Torrent file that will be the whole 2.58 GB game once it's finished.
I hate Pando, I uninstall it every time immediately. If anyone is not aware of what it does, it's essentially a bit torrent client that will share the original download file forever while your computer is on. If you want to do that voluntarially, just use the official bit torrent client and torrent file itself.
Ooops, 1 small error. I meant to say, go to the MMOSITE sister link site, that has the actual bit torrent or whole 2.58 game file on it's site. There you can choose either version to download.
