Can't login to account

in Rift

When I try to sign into my account I get taken to a page that insists that I need to confirm my account by answering 2 secret questions which I have no idea what the answers were (stupidty on my part I know). I can't even contact support untill I confirm my account. Any ideas on what I should do now, or whats going on?
