24/7 faction vs faction conflict ?

Non instanced..no player number restriction...no time limit...24/7 faction vs faction fighting. I have stopped following the game but thought I would check. Can someone bring me up to speed please ?

You can fight the faction in the open world on a PVP server whenever you want, but are you talking about something more specifically?
Sounds more like Warhammer Online with just 2 factions and the rules you described.

WAR just has 2 factions....
I am a long time xDAOC player. There they have 3 factions. There is pve. There is 24/7 realm warfare against the other 2 factions for keeps...towers...relics...and just to fight in the open field. I know many have hoped RIFT would have those features eventually. The hopw was WARFRONT(hope I'm remembering the name correctly would have those features. I'm not looking for FFA pvp but genuime unlimited 24/7 faction vs faction conflict. How close might the game be to those features ??
Yeah I didn't word myself correctly. I meant to imply that warhammer online was more fitting because he said 2 factions and the rules.
Dark age of camelot is similar but had/(has) 3 factions.

I dont care how MANY factions there are....but I do care about the other elements. Setting aside the # of factons how close is the game.
What about competing against players in your level range. Do they segregate players by levels ?
