    Nope, so far they've only revealed 1 map. The Battle of Kyhlo.

    Maybe I didn't recognize it... but do you have a video of the match that was right before they faced the devs? That match was my favorite, it was so close and a well balanced fight.

    I *just* watched that match.  Talk about swinging for the fences.  I wonder why he ended up breaking off the attack on the treb when he had it down to one more hit to finish it.  That ele that showed up had no chance of stopping him but the guy seemed to panic.  Great moment this one though.

    Watched four matches tonight. Looks like a blast! When the game launches, I'm planning to resist the temptation of PvP to focus on the PvE for a while, but if I get into beta, I'll definitely spend some serious time in competitive PvP.

    That's one thing I like about GW2, it's almost three games in one: PvE, Competitive PvP and WvWvW. With out having to worry about a monthly fee, you know you are going to get your money's worth and always have something to play when you feel like playing.

    Did anyone notice that when the blue team's trebuchet was destroyed, a new event popped up. Are there events even in the pvp maps.

    Did anyone notice that when the blue team's trebuchet was destroyed, a new event popped up. Are there events even in the pvp maps.

     

    When the trebuchet is destroyed a repair kit appears and I guess an NPC heads over to the trebuchet to fix it up.

    Actually I think a player has to pick up the kit and bring it over to the treb. I saw in one of the videos from gamescon.

    They have talked before about how a skillful person can fight three less skilled people with a single character.

    That doesn't necessarily mean a class imbalance, just that skill level means a lot in the game.  Which is good actually! :D

    ... but just in general, necros are supposed to have one of the higher survivability rates.  They have nearly as many hp as a warrior. :)

    You can 3 v 1 the first, I just enjoyed watching one of the Anet guys who knows to work a character :)

    I wonder if there will be necro 'touchers"!?
