Account was Hacked :/

Hey all, I was thinking about coming back and giving Rift another try.

 

I'm curious, has anyone ever had this happen with their Trion account?

 

Did you get your account back? What is the best way(s) to prevent this from occuring again?

    Never had this happen but then I use an account authenticator. With so many accounts getting hacked im reluctant to play an mmo unless they provide some extra security methods like the authenticators for smart phones.
