New Player Looking for guild

I beta'd rift to lvl 20 or so, then it sort of dropped off of my radar. I have recently had time to start playing again, and am about to roll for the first time on live servers. I'm looking for a half casual / half serious guild, if that makes sense. I would like to do raids, but not to the point that they are a chore, although I have heard they are very easy. Not that WoW's arent easy, but I have heard they are even easier. I just read a thread of someone doing the new 10 man raid in a pug 2 days after release. Thats sort of the type of guild I am looking for. If anyone has one to offer on a good server, please post here so I can PM you!

 

PS .. I am an experienced MMO veteran. Not only do I play MMO's, but I also work in the business. I spend dozens of hours a day throughout various games.
