overlord in high five freya (need info)

in Lineage 2

i got few questions, 1)which pet is best for overlord in high five freya 2)what about these newbie fighter buffs,why i cant receive mage buffs from npc, and is it possible to be full mage later on in the game from my own buffs 3) whats the role of OL in party (raiding, instances)?

    1st I would like to say good choice on class. Overlord is one of my favorite classes and I also have a Overlord alt that I am playing atm. If you want a pet get a great wolf because its a damage dealing pet and thats all you need since you are you own buffer. You dont get mage buffs because really you are more of a fighter than a mage. You dont go around leveling like other mages that use their strong magic to kill. You are more melee so thats the best way for you to level. As for becoming a full mage later on in game when you get into pvp thats when Overlord plays like a mage. Your nukes do very good damage so you can use them to pvp but the mana cost is just too high for you to use them in PVE. The role of an overlord will mainly be a debuffer. That means using your seals to weaken mobs which will help the group alot. You do get some very good buffs but Warcryer is a better buffer then overlord so at high level every group will have a warcryer in party.

    im currently lvl 30, have been playing mixed 2 type play, draining and using blunt weapon as stun gun

    btw from which lvl wolf can evolve into great one?

    Your wolf can evolve at level 55 into a Great Wolf

    The 3rd but there's a small quest to skip them all paying adena (I think  it was 3,5kk?)

    is it possible, for example to make 1st part and to pay for the rest of them in cash (adena) ?

    Yes you can but you wont gain anything from it except from exp. The sidequest takes about 10 min and will cost you about 3kk. The reward is all 3 marks to change your class. If you decide to do the sidequest then dont forget to start all 3 quests to get your free dimensional diamonds :)
