who's better? Evo Vs GT-R?

well many of you recognize these cars, well these cars is the most powerful cars in the tuned cars,
so today i would like to know:
1- who's better..
2- who's most powerful in stock engine..
3- who can get more tuned stuff in engine..
and many more...
If we're talking about the cost performance, Evo is way better for that price!
Evo costs $30K while GTR costs over $90K
Also Evo is slightly faster on 0-60m
EVO: 4.8 sec 0-60m
GTR: 5.1 sec 0-60m
But for all Sykline finatics, we're going to probably blant some kinda of random obsenity like "No Way", or "Skylines have more HP", "Everyone has Evos" and etc. Well its time to face facts you ball ryders. Skylines are not worth half the money that will end up paying for them. They won't own the streets(and I'll see to that so long as the DSM is arround). This may get a few good stares, some nice inquirerys, and a few fine girls who will soon leave em once they find out they spent all of hard earned money on a Skyline and they reallty are'nt rich. Well then, its time for some numbers!

As you can see, the stock capabilites of a Skyline are nowhere near the point of killing an Evo. Neither is the Evo. But for the price of $31k, its just common sense, you get more for you money with the VIII. I have no idea why a Skyline even cost $90k. Its not even worth $50K. Skylines should cost the same ammount as an Infinity G35 Coupe, because $90K is rediculous for the performance that a Skyline offers.

Advantages:
FAST very fast, thrilling, not overly priced compared to other sporty cars capable of such speeds, beautiful .
Disadvantages:
insurance is just wrong ! ! !

When my boss came to me and said he was thinking of buying a new car and asked me which of his choices i thought, i new full well which it was to be. The EVO !!!
The big day came and he went to pick it up, i was excited and i wasn't even buying the bloody thing! I heard a faint rumble coming from outside and i looked and there was the glistening silver EVO 6 GSR parked infront of the window.
It is a very mean looking car with a massive front squared valance, lasrge air vents and grills on the bonnet, deep flowing side sills, and the biggest rear spoiler you could imagine on a car.
The inside is quite bland really considdering the money you pay for the car, mass expanse of black dash board plasticky in looks, it does however have air conditioning, climate control, bucket seats, and a rockford fosgate stereo/cd ICE system.
Behind the handbrake on the transmission tunnel is a little button that you can press that sprays cold water on to the main engine block to cool it down as it does get very very hot.
As you're driving along you can see a very definate heat shimmer coming out of the main vent on the bonnet.
Now on to the engine, again quite bland to look at but it's not until you open the throttle that you realise the engine wasn't meant to look good it was made to perform and boy does it do that well.
As you put down the throttle you hear a satisfying roar as the 280Bhp turbo charged engine gets to work, and whilst this is going on the power is so great that you get thrown back in to your seat and held there till you stop.
This is due to the fact that the car is very light and the power is massive, so power to weight ratios are strong, and it is only when you put your foot down that you realise the need for the massive spoilers and sills and valances.
As for handling there is one word to sum it up, UNRIVALED, only until you actually drive this car can you comprehend the way it literally glues itself to the road come sun, rain or snow, when going round a bend the active yaw stability controll lets you know your safe as it sets the cars weight up perfectly to give more grip.
The car is built with safety in mind with driver and passenger airbags as standard, a truly unbeleivable ammount of stopping power from the brakes, side impact protection, front and rear impact protection, obviously no car is invincible but mitsubishi are difinately having a good go at it.
Aside from accelleration of 0 - 62mph in 4.4 seconds (it needs clearence from air traffic controll to set off!!!) (which is unbelievable for a 2.0 engine) the car brakes from 60 - 0mph in 2.9 seconds so the brakes are definately set up to handle the cars immense power.
To Sum up the evo is an amazing car to drive and to look at on the outside it is mean stylish and beautiful but the inside is bland, but lets face it when you buy a car like this you don't pay for the interior you pay for the speed, the thrill, the safety to name but a few more important reasons.
Skyline GTR R33s are the heaviest, R34s are almost impossible to get with all the hoops you have to jump through to get one and it still is not a 100% legal and could be seized if anyone wanted to make a big deal about it. R32s are the cheapest and they're the closest to reaching the 25 year rule where they'll actually be legal to have in the US.
The advantages are AWD, reliability, and high potential engines like the Porsche 911 engine and the Toyota Supra engines, which make 1000HP+ with modifications.
The disadvantages are too expensive because of high resale values(good thing if you already own one), expensive to modify and maintain, premium fuel required.
Also, for some reason, so many people think the Skyline GTR R34 had 500HP stock. But it does not. It only has 276HP from its twin turbo engine and goes from 0-60mph in 5.2 seconds. The same as a current Nissan 350z.
Umm, are you talking about new GTR's? Stock 0-60 times have been in the mid 2's. I've driven a few of them. Insanely fast. I wouldn't even put the EVO in the same league as a new GTR. Yes they are amazing cars, but more "rallyish". The GTR was designed to compete with exotic performance. But I'd rather stick with my Gallardo. Not anywhere near as fast, but it looks and sounds 100 times better.
I love the look of the Skyline R34, especially a chopped one, like this...
...beautiful and fast. Finding one here in the US...good luck. Cause if you do it is either all ready owned by a someone that is holding onto it for dear life or the person is asking way to much for it. Plus getting parts for one isn't cheap. In fact it is cheaper to fly to Japan, scavage the parts and ship them back rather than going through an online company...parts via online cost too much.
As for the EVO...awesome car...easier to get in the US, parts readily available. I still wouldn't go for it. Mitsubishi cars break down to often and they will nickle and dime you to death. A friend of mine had an EVO and he finally ditched it and got a Toyota Corolla AE86, modded it out and loves it to death. This Corolla is fast, sweet and doesn't nickle and dime him to death.
