I've seen tonnes of reviews and stuff about this game and it sounds really good but theres only one thing thats still in my mind how much does this cost in australian dollars
I recently bought the game, and i definitly have no regrets. I live in australia / melbourne and got it for $70 from EB. Its definitly a winner if your a casual gamer, i have my finial year at school hence limited time due to study .
So a few hours a week on guild wars sure is good way to relax abit and do a few guild wars with some mates. Infact i find myself enjoying this game more than WoW which i purchased at release. One concern i had when buying the game was the community, being a free to play game i assumed that the average gamer would be a "OMG I ROXZOR" kiddie. Yet it was surprising to find that the community (those that i meet anyway) were very mature and willing to help and put some hours aside to help u get used to the game.
Anyway, id reccomend it. Seems there alot of fan boys on this website that hate this game with a passion, reason being.... not sure really. Maybe because its free?

The fan boys hate it because it is a very popular game taking players away from the one they play. So they come here and ramble non-sense thinking people will actually take what they say seriously and not play it. This happens with every game. Take a look at any of the game boards.
Well thanks for all ur replies to my question and im sure ill get to like this game and ill try to intro it to my m8s and the reason being for why i care how much it costs is if my dad found out iw as buying game that cost $50 more im dead and my frends will probably not b able to play because of the price but oh well seeing as i've herd all this good things about this game ill give it try even with risks like these lol

Just go and check in a game-store in australia. I bought it the next day it came out for 459 Swedish krona and that's about $65. (American Dollars)

Does it even matter how much it costs in aystarillian dollers, the point is that its an amazing game and you should get it.
I bought 2 retails versions, i didnt care how much it cost ; )
Well, you should calculate that yourself. Besides, the price depends on the shop.
I bought my copy for a mere 17.99 £ from England. Free delivery to most european contries
