None that I would say never to but there are a couple I wouldn't buy from until whatever games they release have been tried and tested by others. Cryptic, Square Enix, Star Vault, Aventurine to name a few.
All of them recently for not advancing well-used templates to try and do something new that we haven't seen before a million times. I would dearly love to be wrong with the new wave of releases but I doubt I will be. Can't say I entirely blame them though, game development is an expensive business and failure in subscription numbers is not an option if you want to survive in a recession. So generic mush will be the order of the day until money is plentiful enough to play around with formats again.
SOE, Blizzard (as of 6 months ago), Mythic and any comapny that originates in Korea or China.
Funcom will be if TSW bombs. In fact the only thing I am worried about TSW is its developer house lol. If TSW was being made by Turbine or NCsoft then id be more hyped about it.
Playing: GW2 Waiting on: TESO Next Flop: Planetside 2 Best MMO of all time: Asheron's Call - The first company to recreate AC will be the next greatest MMO.
SOE and Cryptic. Technically, I will probably play Planetside 2, assuming it is ever playable. But I have nothing invested, really, in a persistent FPS. If they screw it up, or make it miserable, I will walk. I will not touch any of their other MMORPGs.
I've seen companies make poor decisions, but I can't say that any of them have done something so bad that I wouldn't consider playing one of their games if the game looked good.
As far as outright refuse to play anything touched by them...
Reakktor Media. After what they did to Neocron and the abortion that was Neocron 2 I think I'd rather bump and grind with a sandpaper manequin than go anywhere near their products.
In the realm of "wary but still willing to try it"
SOE - Their failures are too numerous to list and yet some of the best games I've played have been owned/operatoed/ruined by them so color me squinty-eyed but still willing to try.
CCP - Up until a few months ago they were still one of my top bunches of Devs...until the whole "we'll ignore what the players say and watch what they do" monocle-gate thing. They can suck a fat one until they put some money, time, effort and love into fixing and improving the flying in space portions of EVE Online.
Funcom - They seem to do well enough with their MMOs...years after they release them.
Perfect World International - If their name is different, oops. Every game they make seems to be the same and they all end up being cutesy grind fests with more and more reliance on stuff from the item mall (call me wierd, but I refuse to spend any money on a game that is "free to play")
There's probably a few more (i'm pretty unforgiving) but I can't think of them at the moment.
EA, their handling of MMO's in general and WAR in particular should make anyone hesitant to deal with them, the introduction of Pay2Win to WAR is what puts them on the black list for me.

This. Even the most notorious of game companies (SOE?) can still make a game good enough for me to play it.
Funcom I could go on a rant for pages long but it is not needed, anybody who has ever seen my post knows I refer to them as failcom.
Cryptic trying to ruin a great ip like star trek with a mix of store and rmt all together.
Turbine, for what they done to a great ip like Lotro. All I can say is they started of great but lack of direction led to free to play, and now the only real content is in the store.

I can't help but laugh at your statement .These companies are certainly poor, i pity their billions.
Turbine - for what became of Lotro... see above commentaries
Ubisoft - the §&$§& launcher. the broken games, see the silent hunter series that completly rely on mods to work at all.
... and all those mega-companies buying small and successful studios then ruining everything because they need to milk their golden cash cow 'til it's dead.
Exceptions would be the budget versions from real good games

You said you won't play a game from a company that originates in Korea and then say that TSW would be better if it was made by NCSoft?

Funcom !
MAGA

Funcom.
SOE
BioWare/EA This stems from console
Maybe a couple others i cant think of off the top of my head.
SOE because of obvious reasons
Nexon because of their utter lack of interest in the EU, though i think they only do F2P's so i dont have to buy their crap.
And starvault, mortal online just seems pathetic.
My top 3:
SOE ~ What isn't there to say about them! Arrogant as all hell, and will do anything to screw the consumer over!
Funcom ~ Primarily because of their CS shenanigans, but also because of their blatant lies and poor launches.
Cryptic ~ Everything they touch becomes ruined.
And a couple smaller devs that I don't know or dealt with enough to point out directly, but overall have been meh...

Everything you need to know about Elder Scrolls Online
Playing: GW2
Waiting on: TESO

Cryptic - Repetative repetative redundant repetative repetative redundant repetative. Decent enough original ideas...HORRIBLE execution.
Funcom - They seem to do well enough with their MMOs...years after they release them.

Funcom and EA.

Any company that doesn't innovate for the sake of innovating, for i too am the great hipster!
Seriously though, any game that's good enough to grab my attention is one i will play, regardless of developer.
Only SV (Mortal Online's developers) - worst game company in history. Good thing they almost bankrupt
Never say never but SOE sure seems to go out of their way to make their customers angry, or make odd changes that nobody understands.
Any company that supposrts free to play item cash shops.
SOE - omg don't get me started!
Turbine - for what became of Lotro... see above commentaries

Anything related to Gazillion Ent.. I blame them for the destruction of JGE.
