Lineage 2: New Details for Goddess of Destruction

In the latest Lineage II "Sace Says" column, new information has been revealed about the upcoming Goddess of Destruction expansion.

The blog details several features that will be included in Goddess. Among them:


  • Auction House: The auction house will include categories, sorting options, and a word search function to help players find items easily. Auction House NPCs will be available in all major quest hubs.

  • Awakening Process: More details have been revealed about the Awakening Process that players will go through on reaching level 85.

  • Ye Sagira: "Each of the other parts of Ye Sagira is somewhere underground and out of sight--with the exception of the Reliquary--but they can all be accessed by speaking to NPCs in the Exploration Zones. One of the best parts of Ye Sagira is the Observation area."

Sace also hints that there will be "big news" coming for players next month.

    Remove the old click to move system and replace it by a W/A/S/D and this game will run FOREVER!!!!!

    Click to move>wasd for an mmo/rpg imo.
    And wasd will never work with L2's combat.

    Honestly click to move isn't that bad once your used to it... thing is 99% of western players don't remember the click to move games.  Just think Diablo.

    Diablo/Diablo II

    Dungeon Siege

    Neverwinter Nights

    the original warcraft games

    And of course many games that people probably dont' remember. Click to move makes sense in Lineage 2. It fits well. I think the issue is that people who have never pvp'ed with it just can't imagine how a game could work withotu wasd.

    but it does.

    The Lineage 2 is a good game those many updates ruin it  if l2 was like the old style c3-c4 would have rocks.And click to move is great i hope there where more games like that than wasd  jumps and stuff liek that i wanna be face 2 face witth my oponent and not run jump moving right left  thats not pvp thats chick fight :P That is my opinion Thanks.

    I love click to move too. Much better than WASD
