I got a question for the 14 day free trial. Do we need to buy the game before using it or do we just need the cd key and download the client?

Just DL the client and use the cd key they give you. I tried it the game is not for me but i can see where many people love it.

Well,since you are a member of this great site, you dont have to buy the game, mmorpg.com and eve hook u up with a trail key,you just need to dl the client..Just click on an eve banner at the top u carebear noob

Seriously Eve can be a bit slow at start but is quite fun once you get going... The low security areas are defenitly not for carebears... I'd call it more a game for people with a brain on their head... It requires strategy, not just running around like a chicken with no head killing whatever that moves...
Do you even know what a "carebear" refers to? The way you use it seems out of context, or you don't understand the meaning. EVE is one of the least carebear-ish games I've played, it ranks up there with UO as far as PVP goes.
