That rumored 9th class.
I hope it is true there will def be a 9th class coming out. Also most of the speculation is that it would be a bard. If this is true I will be a pig in s***! Bard is one of my fav classes to play so I would definetly love to play one if that is the class. Either way I will be playing TERA bard or no bard. Any bard is better than the joke of a bard they have in RIFT.

Worry about the game coming out first on time. Then worry about the class.
Afaik the new class will only be introduced with the level 60 content. So far we only know that TERA West will launch with Server vs Server patch. So until further notice...it may be a while till you hear of the 9th class!
Either way. I'd dump my main for a bard even a year after release. Even a sliver of hope that eventually one may get implemented makes me a happy panda.
Yea, I have read about this as well. I too hope they add a bard. Although I worry about how it would be. Whatever class they add I hope it is up to par with the other 8 classes and not something hastily put together. I also heard it could be a monk. I'd play that too. Although I think I'd def hope it is a bard.
Not sure how a bard would play out seeing that Priest & Mystic do the majority of the buffing along with the healing. I hope its a bard or monk and not some pet class....hate pet classes

If they make the bard as it is in old AD&D, then it will be a party buffer & enemy debuffer. Would be nice to see that kind of bard
I'm hoping speed, mana regen song, decent dps, levitate, charm. Basic bard stuff. Good PVE puller.
I would love an melee / magic hibrid with a 1 handed sword.
Maybe an anti-mage or something... but i think that Tera needs another magic class, there are only 2.
I tried the tank in K-Tera and i hated the spear combat mechanics, it's also one of the most difficult classes for aiming,since you don't AOE in every hit like the Bersekers and Slayers.
