does this game deserve 100 bux?

Hi,
I have baught the game from game.net and they didnt deliever the game yet (after a month of the time of purchase) so

::::06:: i started thinking of buying the game again but this time by buying the cd key through plaync.com so do u guys think that should i put 100 bux on this game? in another way does it deserve the money ! ?

    You can actually buy it from www.play.com for a mere 17.99£

    But I don't think they deliver to the US.

    But as they say, you should talk with game.net first. You're entitled to a refund.

    i have emailed them yesterday and still waiting.... i dunno if this is a problem or not but the credit card i used to buy the game is not reimbursable (i can spend the money but they cant reimburse the money) so i told them to reimburse it to another credit card or they should send it again ?!! ::::05::

    anyway thanks guys for replying.... but i'm kinda in a hurry lol i need to play the game soon !

    No this game isnt worth 100 dollars, not even the 70 i paid for the collectors edition. It is worth 50 dollars, but like one poster said, get your money back first and buy it then.

    I'm still waiting for the email respond .... before they told me to wait 30 days before they can do anything (the support) so i emailed them on sunday and still didn't get a respond yet.... i really hate this ::::27::

    Whenever you have a problem with a vendor (someone you purchase from) and you can't seem to get your money back, SCREW the vendor.

    Call your CREDIT CARD company immediately and tell them you want a reversal of charges. ALL CC companies have a dispute department and are very helpful in resolving BAD VENDORS.

    Unfortunately, alot of customers get taken by companies that tell them to wait 30 days before getting satisfaction - THAT'S A TRAP! Many CC companies only allow you to dispute charges that are less than 30 days old and these SCAM vendors know it. But I would still give your CC company a call and demand satisfaction for a fraudulent transaction.

    Absolutely true.  It was many moons ago, but I used to work for a company and was in charge of chargebacks (the process of verifying or disputing customer complaints about credit card charges).  The burden of proof is entirely on the company.  It's one of the few areas that credit card companies do a real service to customers.  The company has to prove without a doubt that the customer should have been charged.  You should have no problem getting your money back from the CC company.
