I still see the occasional Obama campaign photo with Henricks face on it proclaiming "HOPE"... It was to my memory, about a year ago that this picture began appearing and (at the time) became the avatar of many of the MO playerbase.
Simply put, is Henrick still the "hope" of the sandbox gamer? OR, is he just a liar, unethical artist of HYPE.
This poll is representing the polar sides of this debate, hype or hope- If you decide that neither fits your opinion, please explain your opinion of Henrick Nystrom so we may all be privy to your thoughts.
-Also, regardless of your opinion (HYPE or HOPE) feel free to discuss all things Henrick as that is what this thread is for.

the picture was created by a member of the mo playerbase, hes a ceo of a games company i would say MO is still a hope to many gamers, but that isnt based off of henrik particularly. If he didnt hype his own product what sort of CEO would he be? a bad one.
there are 2 types of mmo, imitators and innovaters.
I will not argue as to who made the avatar- You are correct. I also respect your opinion and am glad you find hope.
I also fully 100% agree that CEO's generally hype their product/service. But not to the extreme amount of false promise and hype given by Mr. Nystrom.
Henrick seems to get a pass on everythoing he says and does based on (in my opinion) blind hope.
-Thanks for your opinion Death.
