It seems to be that when I talk to anybody about this game, it turnes out that I am the only one who wants to be a jedi. Please vote so that maybe I can be reasured, at least a little, that I am not the only jedi out there 
Pretty much played every MMO that's come out since WoW.../sigh

edit: of course "Empire - Republic" would have been the more accurate poll wording, as Agents, Troopers, Smugglers and Bounty Hunters aren't Sith or Jedi, but I catch your drift.

I have no idea what I will Main. But I have already decided that I'd end up playing -every- class on both sides either way. And from trying them out, I'll see wich class suits me best. I like Republic and Empire equally anyway, since they're both interesting in their own ways.
Jedi if I need Dev's love and being OP.
Sith when I need to be evil and gank people. Or win in PvP. For some reason Evil side are much better in PvP. Good side focus on geek stuff like the lore and raids.
All the classes look good to me, I know for certain that I'll end up playin every damn one of em...maybe even multiples for different spec/alignment decisions etc....I hope my guild doesn't expect me to rush to cap anytime soon
Really hard to say. I am leaning towards darkside, but I really hate the emo crap and I dont like some of the Sith looks. I personally like the Jedi aesthetic better, and the playstyle as well (buffs, force push, tossing rubble / etc.), however if I do end up being Jedi, I will probably be a grey or chaotic neutral one, because I personally find their philosophy to be idiotic at best. I'm all for good, but not at the expense of sleeping with women and having fun.

How bout a Trooper? Maybe a Bounty Hunter? Everyone and their mother is going to be toting a lightsaber, I'll stick with a good old blaster.

Happens in every new game.
Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.
Didn't vote - I'm playing an agent first, then a trooper, then a smuggler...and finally an Inquistor. So no Jedi at all, and the only Sith comes in in fourth place. Or fifth if I decide to try a Bounty Hunter too.
Shouldn't the poll have been Republic or Empire? (gratuitous nitpick ahoy!)
I always love playing the so called bad guys in every mmorpg, I feel less restricted and love playing the part.
It has no bearing that their more OP, which I just think is a crock when players say this.

at least I get to play the part of being the so called bad guy in my mmo gaming 
I voted Jedi. As my first character will most likely be a light sided Smuggler.
Of course that doesn't mean I don't want to try being a dark sided Jedi or a light sided Sith.

I have a Sith Guild formed with friends, but I'll have a jedi alt at some point.
