    Hmmmm you know, it says here that it's only for 30 days, but it's not listed under temporary powers in game. it's listed under inherent. Also when you right click on the description there isn't a timer and I didn't notice anywhere that it said there was a 30 day limit on it. Usually those things say that it expires and there is a timer on it.

    I am a EU with a USaccount.

    I just changed my country in my profile (yes, I have changed it back now, before any admins get excited)
