I'm looking for an open pvp game, with consequences of course.  Am I understanding this game correctly, that it will be open pvp on the entire server, but on one side there is consequences and the other side no consequences?

    In Arche Age there are 3 continents: the western continent, the eastern continent and the northern continent.

    The western continent belongs to the western faction, the eastern continent belongs to the eastern faction. The northern continent however, belongs to no faction and is meant especially for PvP battles and sieges.

    There are consequences for killing someone of your own faction on either the western or the eastern continent. These range from being sent to jail to getting banished of your faction, depending on how many 'crimes' you commit. There are no consequences for killing someone of the other faction or for killing someone on the northern continent.

    At least this is how it will probably be for a PvE server... at a PvP server you'll be able to kill everyone everywhere without any consequences.

    Awesome, thats exactly what I was looking for...sounds great to me.  I just like to know that I have the option to kill everyone everywhere, regardless of if I choose to do so.

    I do not think there will be PvP & PVE servers, there will be only one type of servers as a Sandbox game ought to be.

    The game itself offer PvP, PvE and many more opportunities and features.

    At leeast, this is what I have agthered up to now having been following this for a while.

    Jake Song, the lead designer of Arche Age, said this in an interview:

    For example, there will be a PvP server where you can even PK characters of your own faction or alliance and a separate server where you can only PK those of the opposing sides.

    no publisher has be announced yet for EU/NA so im guessing atleast a year after release in korea before theres any talk of a publisher or beta for us.
