The trial seems to only allow 2 characters. How many do you get with the "real" game?

I live in my own little world - I like it there - everyone knows me.
I'm not sure what the limit is, but I have 5 on my main server and 3 or 4 others on a few other servers.

6 per shard unless they changed it.
