Trion Banned my account

A week ago I tried to login to my RIft account and Trion has banned my account for no reason. My hotmail was blocked a week ago and i tryied to contact them about my problem and no one answered me. I bought this game and I had millions of problems with my debit card that i was using in all the games. And still when I try to give this game a second chance,they ban my account and they don't even answer my questions. Good Job Trion!
