Woman and child beaten at Mcdonalds

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tFvPKHABgk&feature=player_embedded#!

Do you think they deserved it? The woman did go to the other side of the counter and did throw the first punch but I think that guy went a bit over the top.

While i believe he should have stopped after the first slaps with his whatever that was they did ask for it and such aggressive behavior shouldn't go unpunished. People need to learn to behave and to stop becoming aggressive/handing over the first punch. If we let these people act like fucktards they just won't learn, sometimes a good beating is what they need.

It wasn't a "woman and child". Both were deemed intoxicated. They caused a distrubance assaulted and battered an employee, and attempted to gain unauthorized access to a designated employees only space. They deserved what they got.

You could of left this one out, your other points were more than enough.

They deserved to get knocked down, but nothing after that. That employee appeared to be just as at fault for this. When you work at a job you give up a little self respect to keep situations like this calm, I couldn't quite make it out but it looked like he didn't do what he could to prevent this. After they were down it seemed to me that he was just trying to take revenge. Even the other employee appeared to be afraid he'd take a swing at him to if he tried to stop him.

However, I don't know exactly what he was using and we can't be sure what they were doing on the floor. It's possible the man was trying to get up and get at him still and the object appeared to be relatively light weight and flexible.

Still, I'd prefer to see them all end up in jail over this.

Kind of reminds me of the incident here in Oklahoma where a couple of armed teens were trying to rob a pharmacy. The pharmacist pulled a gun and shot one then chased the others out. He then calmly walked back in, messed around for a second, then walked over to the one on the ground and shot him in the head while he lied there bleeding. He was found guilty of murder for that despite a lot of controversy about the case.

There always has to be a limit to what someone can do in self defense. It's tough, because you can never be quite sure in these situations when you are entirely safe, but if there wasn't some point where self defense becomes assault or murder we'd all feel a lot less safe overall.

Hmmm seems like Mcdonalds should be investing in armed guards for stores in bad areas it isnt like they can't afford it.I wonder why all the employees didnt dogpile those 2 after they jumped over the counter.

Dekron's post is more than accurate, including the employee space comment. When a door says employees only, it is for employees only. How often do customers go through the prep/cook line? Never. The lady knew it was wrong and was smacked down for not ahdering to better judgement.

Employees have personal belongings back there, and IP/Business related documents. Regardless of the business access to certain areas are restricted to the public.

In regards to the video... This makes me sick. First, the people were out of line... horribly out of line. The guy defending himself was in the right, but to continue the beating seems...excessive.

so i looked up the story and the guy served more than a decade in prison after shooting and killing a high school classmate in 2000...but those girls still deserved it lol.

Defending himself was alright, even knockin them down. Beating them after they were on the ground (and not like they were armed from what it seems) was too much.

So till and including to the point of knocking down ok.

Beating them while they were on the ground and it not seemed like they were trying to kick him or anything, too much.

So he was right to self-defense, but went overboard. Bit depends if he did any permanent damage to them with beating while they were on the ground. Still, those offenders were mostly at fault since they brough it down on themselves.

Knocking them to the ground in self-defense:  Fine.

Continually beating them with the item he was holding:  Not fine.  That's Battery.  Especially when he seemed to aim for the person's head.

He'll probably face criminal penalty of some degree for it.

The ones who were beaten will probably also face criminal prosecution as well.  That is, if the owners of that McD's press charges against them.  Which, they should.

yeah they said one got a bad cut and the other a cracked skull and broken arm from the beating

HaHa, is all I got to say.

People need to realise, you can become hostile and violent but there is nothing stopping people coming back at you with more.

But yet another video of freakin cowards standing around doing nothing.

Especially screaming white lady, where the hell was she 2 minutes ago before they jumped the goddam counter.

That's pretty fucked up, i don't mind someone shooting a criminal in case of self defence, but coold blooded execution with no remaining existence of any kind of danger? That's plain and simple murder in my book. I don't even understand how there can even be a controversy about such an act.

Looks like this was strike 2!  This is why everyone needs to keep their cool because you never know when someone else may be more bad @$$ than you!  If those girls knew they were talking to a guy who just did a ten year bid for killing a classmate, I bet neither of them would have smacked him let alone gone across the counter.  It looks as if one of the chicks lifts up their head or maybe a hand, and he wacked the hell out of it!

I shouldn't be laughing, but that was one funny video!  I must have watched it 20x straight!
