A warning about the new producer Alt 1 Games.

We will speak to the GM in question. However, keep in mind that the ALT1 Games Terms of service explicitly states that " ALT1 may suspend, terminate, modify, or delete Accounts at any time for any reason or for no reason, with or without notice to you," and thus this GM is within his right to ban for an offense he deems so, within his discretion.
There was a incident of a player who got into an argument with a gm and was deleted and this was the response...... I think in any basic Scrum process the comittment is the the players and the consumsers. I dont believe a rag tag hired on GM should be given so much power and authroity. He basicly caught a GM in a bad mood with his suggestions and lost his money and time put into a character. There are tons of other problems with TROY online but this stuck a vital cord within our guild and we are moving on. Just a warning before you waste your time but more importantly money on a company to obviously out for themselves.
The best part was the gm looked like a player with a name dfdfdfd, so even though the player did say fuck off an walked away from this hidden gm, I dont think anything proffesional was done at all from either sides and ones a company in charge of your money.
Players have allowed alot of F2P products to walk on us. Either releasing early and nothing promised being done and to use us as their own personal testers and our funds to continue a product they hope will come together to stuff like this. One day I hope players stand up and things go back to how they were. Beta was for beta and all the features on a website were included in the game before release. I dont know how or why its suddenly cool to false advertise but looking back at say Vanguard they listed a beserker for a class and guild sieges against other guild halls. These things never happend and years later were even removed from the website. What does that say to me a player who pre-ordered to play a beserker and siege...... How is this allowed, you tell me.

Trying to take the high road in your dispute against the seediness of Alt1's practices is like walking out of a flea-ridden whore house to your car full of kids with your head held high and complaining you got a STD. People will ask you: Do you realize where you just came from? And then walk away shaking their head in disbelief at your situation.
Seriously I find that most of these smaller F2P mmo publishers do not care about customer satisfaction nor their own reputation. I believe they are in it to turn a quick trick and that's all. And most of the time I feel that I'm right. And trust me I've played plenty of F2P mmos in my day. Thing is you have to moderate your emotional investment in these smaller publishing circles. I compare them to payday loan or rent as you go stores. Everyone knows that they are ripoffs, but it hasn't stopped any of them from making a few bucks off the ill-informed.

To find an intelligent person in a PUG is not that rare, but to find a PUG made up of "all" intelligent people is one of the rarest phenomenons in the known universe.
Oh, anyway there is no problem with F2P games.. Its just that P2P games are scared of them, why? its because some F2P games are even better that P2P also has better graphics and gameplay. Not all F2P games are like these as well as P2P's. Anyway Thanks.
