    Why buy the 7800 when the new ati card out performs it by a long way?

    7800 - 7000 odd

    Why buy any card? There are always new cards in development.

    Also Nvidia will be releasing the 7800 GT when ATI releases their new one. So, Nvidia will not only presumably match ATI but they've already beat them to the punch here.

    Without any proof, I can say im developing a new card that gets 40,000 in 3dmark 2k5. Post where you found this 10,000 score, cause I havent seen anything on it.
