Plain, one/any/or all of the above
My vote goes to Chreamy Chicken, adding an egg or actual chicken, corn/carrots/peas/sometimes okra, and ground cayenne red pepper.

Plain.
Add a pad of butter, salt, a spoon full of sour cream and a sprinkle of parmasean cheese. You now have poor man's alfredo.
Any with tabasco or tapatio.
I've become an expert at cooking with Top Ramen, though. The trick it to cooking any kind of meat (chicken, pork, etc) with onions and other veggies till they soften, then add water like you are making a stew, then the flavor packet (usually only need half) and add the ramen at the last minute. I like to add stuff like soy sauce + ketchup, or worschestire as well.

1 packet beef ramen (other flavors can work with minor variations in seasoning), 1 small onion, 1 clove garlic, celery, bell pepper, chicken and/or steak I don't mind "wasting" on a dish like this, various seasonings including cracked pepper, thyme, and rosemary
Start the water boiling. Use about 3/4" of water in a small pot, not quite enough to cover the noodles. Once at a hard boil, add noodles, flavor packet, and drop the temp back and simmer till the water is about half gone then immediately add the following:
Mince the onion, garlic, celery, peppers, and seasoning, then saute well. Shortly before the vegetables are done, cut the meat into thin slices and toss it in. Once the meat is cooked through, stir the whole mess into the Ramen and continue simmering for about 30 seconds.
Far from the... traditional way to do it, but it makes a rather flavorful meal out of an otherwise boring one.

Some ingredients use could put in the ramen noodles:
sweetcorn
butter
pork (sliced, chopped, grounded, etc.)
garlic
scallops
squid
crab
kamaboko
black pepper
white pepper
chili pepper
sesame seeds
spicy bean paste or toubanjan
bean sprouts
leeks
onions
green onions
cabbage
dried seaweed or nori
pickled plums
pickled ginger
bamboo shoots
boiled eggs
spicy pickled mustard greens
boiled spinach
I usually get the plain flavors (like shrimp instead of cajun shrimp). The flavors that are deviations of the normals (normals being plain chicken, beef, and shrimp) have even more sodium of the already huge dose, which is present in the normals. If I want a "cajun shrimp flavored," I will give a "normal shrimp" cajun spices. Lime chicken? Add lime to normal chicken.
I add tofu, some red curry sauce and mushroom slices.

Good to see you around again.

Exactly what I do with Top Ramen. Cook the Chicken, drain the water and pour Tapatio on it.
Once you have that with an Egg, it's really really hard to go back to plain Ramen. The noodles are so much better, the spice packets are so much better, and it actually works if you stir an egg into it..... which makes me want to throw up if I do that with regular Ramen.
I honestly don't think I've eaten regular Ramen since I started eating that over 12yrs ago. Except my Grandma's, but she actually turns hers into a meal. She adds mixed vegitables, some extra spices (not sure what), and real chicken to the Chicken Flavor.
I use chicken raman as I can buy it by the case load.
I add cilantro, parsley, ginger powder and (cant remember the brand typing from work) salt free cajun spice meadly
