I must say I am impressed after reading the FAQ of their website. All I know is that I must pre-order this game. Where can I order it online? Also this will be a great game to replace WOW if any of you WOW players are sick of WOW because I am.

if you liked wow... you will most likely NOT like this game.
and theres no way to pre order the game yet.. its still early. RV isnt a scam like some mmorpgs where they want your money half a year before release ahah.

You do know that you didn't have to create 3 different threads stating the same thing within the forum? Only one would fine, the rest just become annoying. And yeah, the game has some interesting ideas that I hope to see remain intact.

There is no reason to preorder it. Once it is released you will be able to buy it online and download it.
Purchase options:

Through this Pre-Order scheme, Roma Victor fans can be among the very first to gain access to the game world. A voucher will be shipped to the customer at the time of purchase and as soon as Roma Victor's commercial servers are activated, only pre-order customers will be allowed to access the game for the first two weeks. Additionally 10's worth of Sesterces will be issued upon arrival in the game world. A boxed copy of the game will also be shipped as soon as it's ready, however we'll make sure that Pre-Order customer's Account Keys are valid straight away so they can also download the client and get straight in to the game immediately after launch if they so wish.

At the time of commercial launch, as soon as the first pre-order customers have logged on to the live game servers, the boxed copy of the Roma Victor game will be made available for purchase at this website. The box will include:

* CD containing the latest available game client
* A full colour manual
* A voucher key-code redeemable for 10's worth of Sesterces
* A unique Account Key

In order to create a persistent character and log in to the Roma Victor game world, a valid account is required. New accounts can be set up with an 'Account Key' for a one-time fee of 20. If you have simply downloaded the client and haven't yet bought a full copy of Roma Victor, you can purchase an Account Key directly from this website. Characters can be deleted and recreated (in other words you can start again) without purchasing a second Account Key.

My question really is while in beta wouldnt you have to donate money to get your money either way? or do they give you some money to start off with?
And Will this game become available in the US? it says it sells in Euros ....
And while in game if in US and you donate money does it matter that its not euro and get changed along the way or what?
Hmm, I was under the impression that your first accoutn is free, but if u want additional chars (which rquire additional accounts) u had to pay for them...

The first account is "free" as long as you buy an activation key or retail box.
To check that, go to http://www.roma-victor.com/ and click the link on the sidebar reading "No Subscriptions" and scroll down a bit to find the info he posted.
As for why to pre-order--if you look ( I haven't lately, speaking from memory ), I believe it says you also get to play the offical release a week before anyone else can. Otherwise, the price is the same as an account key plus the 10 pounds worth of the game money.
SO, all this really does is make two payments into one, and give you a nice box with an instruction manual...and, in the case you don't want the long download, or have to reinstall at some time, that CD is in there too as an added bonus! =D
