Looking for fantasy mmo similar to perfect world

Hi, im looking for a fantasy mmo. I used to play perfect world amd i loved it. So can anyone recommend a mmo other than WoW?

    Runes of Magic seems like a mix of the two to me

    oh i also require the game to have a SEA (south east asian) server or a SG/MY server.

    Shaiya has or at least had servers in Taiwan and Japan.  I don't know who publishes them there.
