Kill stealing is killing a creature that is already in combat with someone not in your group. I have never played a game with so many people kill stealing, and it is not just one class that does it. The last time i played i began combat with 116 creatures and had 31 of them stolen from me. That 31 are just the ones that i have lost the loot on. I have been playing for 8 days now and every time i play it is the same thing. If you send the person who just stole your kill a private message asking them to please watch the kill stealing. You will get alot of swearing and cut downs, or they just send an "ok", and do it again. Now i know you can't play any game with out this happening, i played EQ for 5 years and it happened there too, but only 1 or 2 a week , not 31 in a few hours. May be because i am a 27 cleric, and don't have the damage that the other classes have, but that really shouldnt' matter.
For those who don't understand how frustrating it is, let me give you an account of my last 3 times in combat. Cast retore( heal over time) engage creature, get creature down about to about 80 percent warrior walks over and kills it, picks up loot, sends me a private message to heal and buff him. So i do, and send him a private message to "please don't kill steal me". He runs off and starts killing another creature so i start killing one of my own, he runs back over and kills mine again. So i move down some, start killing my 3rd creature get it down to about 60 percent and another warrior runs over and kills it. Now after being in combat with 3 creatures i have gotten no loot, and about 300xp, instead of about 2200xp i should have gotten.
Now don't get me wrong i think the game is a pretty good game, just the community is horrible, at least for my 27 lvls it has been.

I think it's because you are a cleric.....Your job isn't to kill the creatures your Job is to Heal and buff the others...just ask the people for a party and you will level up fast enough....and if you want to kill choose a warrior or mage or rouge
Maybe you are right, but what group do i join A, B, or C. Group A is ksing group B, don't want to be a part of that. Group B is getting ksed , not really a great improvement. Group C is trying to ks both A, and B, and not doing a great job at it. Maybe it is the server I am on, but waiting for someone else to start killing a creature then finishing it off. or just running around killing anything that moves even if someone else is already on it just isn't fun for me. Like I said good game bad community, if you decide to play at least you know what to expect for your first 30 lvls . Past that I don't know, and doesn't look like I will stay with it to find out.
Even im lvl 35 (its with a mage) and many people ks my enemy. What u should do is if some one does ks then just walk away from that spot find another spot thats empty and has good enemys. Fight them until the other person in the other spot is gone. Its what works for me. So... ur choice.
Since I will not be playing anymore, if anyone has a cleric on the beramus3 server or is starting one that wants my gear let me know in this post. I have silan armour, a nice mace 35 damage 40 poison, some gems, and some common + gear. First one to post they want it gets it all.

There is also another horrtible way to get rid of the ppl u dont really cope with (Ksing or worse) which is to lure on them the biggest monsters u see around... i know it's not a nice thing to do ....yet even if they dont die they usually get the point of what ur trying to say....
....especially cuz as u try to pm one he answeres ur in gibbrish turk!
Lol, My clan was blamed for KSing once, so the retards tried to lure Tyons unto us. Idiots didn't realize that Tyons are passive and didn't attack us at all.

hehe i played yesterday with my good old warrior without equal stuff (i've passed it to friends when i left so i had really nothing... ) i came to gobs and i managed to kill few kobolds on 3 or 4 hits with my warrior lvl 47 (but i had rapier or what is that shit's name) one smartass rogue saw it, lured haunga on me and hid
i just finished the kobold i was fighting against and looted 
haunga gave me 2 hits and i moved slowly away 
i can tell u the rogue was really mad seeing this :S
