spell of glacier blast/antares

Can someone please explain to me what or who and where Antares is and how I might get a hold of a scroll of glacier spell blast. People are selling them for 20 million which is pretty rediculously out of my budget. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well here's my advice to you about Glacier blast scrolls:
Your options are:
1) Save up the money to buy one
2) Kill Haungas until it drops one(My last party killed about 600 before we got one. The drop rate is about 1/1000)
3) Barons also drop Blast scrolls(again, the drop rate is extremely low)
4) Antares spawns every 8 hours(it's the scorpion boss, in case you didn't know). You can wait that long and hope that you're in the right spot, and also hope that another clan isn't waiting there to attack it, and ALSO hope that you don't get raped by it.
If you wanna choose the Antares path, here's the maps that show where it spawns:

Sorry, but I haven't found a map for Karus that shows the boss spawn spots
I know that this isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, but blast scrolls aren't extremely easy to come by, unless your rich
