If i make a Guild as Legendary and went free 2 play later...

What happens if as Legendary i make a guild and then next month i play for free, do i loose my guild? Please answer with details, im planning to become legendary to make my guild, but im afraid that if i cannot pay next month ill loose it or something.

Note: How many fans does superman have? How many fans does batman have alone? one thousand, 2 thousand? how about the Joker? Flash? Wonderwoman? xD
Imagine all that people wanting to play DC Universe Online, of course the server will crash xD

You keep your guild. I'm not sure if you can invite anyone to the guild though. You have to check the spreadsheet. They go into detail on this topic in the DCUO video chat. Check the SOE you tube channel. It might also be in the FAQ.
