I am searching for a realistic mmorpg.

A realistic game with real-life countries,realistic political,military and economic systems besides eRepublik and Renaissance Kingdoms whom I am playing now.

    its been a while, but basicallyl you pick a nation in the carribian and sail around in ships and attack other nations that you are at war with, or become a pirate and attack anybody

    Realism and MMO usually don't go well together. There are a few historical games but they are usually rather unrealistic anyways.

    Someone should really make a MMO out of mount and blade.

    "World of tanks" is probably the most realist one out there, even though it is more a CORPG than a MMO.

    I agree with you.I mean a realistic background because of course such games are very flexible and can develop differently from the true historical events they rapresent.
