IGN had a "Star WArs beta keys (placeholder)" link on their homepage news listings.

Eh eventually they will hold an open beta. They may not call it an open beta but it will be. It will be a "We are not going to do an open beta (because we love hiding stuff under an NDA under the falsehood of not wanting to ruin the content) but here are as many closed beta keys for various sites as they need to hand out".
As far as my NDA comment its just my personal opinion. I remember AOC keeping there NDA up till launch and they obviously had a reason to. Since then any NDA that stays up longer than a month or two before launch stinks to high heaven to me. And please dont give me the "partial" NDA lift bs. AoC could have "partially" released its NDA for Tortage and been fine to.
I saw it and was able to get a key from it too.

People who didn't sign up for beta before 11/11/11 won't get invited to the last huge stress test. So they still have a change to get in through certain partner websites.
