Will this budget PC work?

in Everquest II

Hi i would like to know if I can run this game with the following PC without lag or low frames:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
1 GB DDR 400MHz
200 GB HDD
ATI Radeon Xpress 200 (128MB shared VRAM)

    Im not sure about the video card since I dont know much at all about ATI, but everything else is fine to run the game.

    You'll be able to play ok on normal settings. The video card wont be able to handle the high settings though.

    I have some experience with ATI video cards, Which I love by the way, but I don't think this video card will work very well.   You would have to play the game and one of the lowest setting possible.   The problem here is the shared part of the video RAM.   I play the game with a 128 MB ATI Radeon 9700 Pro and I play on High Performance setting to ensure no video lag.   Just my opinion though.
