GW2 probably. I'm burned out on MMO's right now. PvE bores the hell out of me anymore. All I want to do is PvP. PvP with a purpose other than grinding for gear. I'm hoping GW2's World v World v World system satisfies what I'm looking for.
Tbh its not even a question, every other mmo out to date is either a complete mimic of World of Warcraft(And not like wow is going anywhere but q(;^;)p, but like i always say..down with the bads), or is so far into date that playing to become a part of anything worthwhile and not be a slave would take a year+ of time(Eve). So yeah, its an easy 3 for picks.
These are the last games I have on my horizon. I am actually not anticipating anything in the future besides these. I have bought BF3 but haven't been playing it that much, so I hope it's multiplayer will hook me for years. I might dabble in something for Valve, but I'm losing hope in Episode 3, and I don't see much appeal in the new CS: Go.
So for it's this. To see the end of Mass Effect, and to dedicate my time to GW2.
I got this idea of trying f2p before anything decent coming, but I got scammed by Runes of Magic item shop so now I'm very suspicious about them.
Although you are right too, most of them seems to be clones. =P And thanks for telling so I'll not even try these two.
BTW: found Atlantica somehow interesting but to have full option you need to pay 15$ for month from item shop & I guess for this price WoW seems to be better game.
God idea to spam WoW till lvl 20 until I m 100% bored of.=DDD
try before buy, even if it's a game to avoid bad surprises. Worst surprises for me: Aion, GW2
ArcheAge if it will be P2P without double dipping in EU or US.
Guild Wars 2 propably, but that might depend on what finally their business model will look like. If like GW1 then propably yes. If they will became more greedy (read: tie gameplay to cash shop, offer advantages freemium or f2p cash shop style) then no.
Apart of that I don't see any mmorpg on horizon I would like to play. Since most of them are gear-grinder, lobby like with LFG tools games, that actually offers gameplay that resemble more of a co-op multiplayer than mmorpg and I became ultimatelly bored and tired with this type of gameplay.
If those two above will disappoint me becasue of business model or gameplay (though from what is known atm I think gameplay in both though diffrent will propably be fine) , then I will focus more on single-player games or non-video-games leisure activities.
Ultima Online. Passed on the game time and time again, and just ended my two week trial two days ago. Bought the Stygian Abyss expansion and The High Seas with no regrets.
I'll try ArcheAge if it comes to the west in 2012 (doubtful), and will be trying Salem (the browser MMO with crafting, land molding and permadeath) to see if it can deliver.
I'll be checking back in on FFXIV's 2.0 too, but the more I hear about the changes coming the more I'm beggining to think they're turning the game into the run of the mill themepark.
Will continue playing EQ2 as my full-time, raiding MMO. I only raid 2 days a week though, so will play another game part-time on weekdays.
Will play TOR for the single-player game for as long as it takes to get through the story. Expect 2 months.
Will then quit TOR and play TSW for at least a couple of months. Funcom, but the game sounds a bit consol-ish and not 100% sure whether it'll have the depth to hold me over long term.
If TSW is not released by the time i'm done with TOR, may try GW2 (assuming it IS released).

Im definately going to play Guild Wars 2. I might try SWTOR if the release of GW2 is too far into 2012. Meanwhile Ill play DCUO and also probably Skyrim soon. The Secret World also looks interesting, but I need to see more game footage and information. Im not that convinced yet that Funcom can pull of a decent MMO launch.

I'll be playing SWTOR, and then when GW2 comes out...I'll still be playing SWTOR.

Most voted for GW2 as I can see.
I like all GW so far, hope they will not disappoint us!
Seems other games like SWTOR or Tera can be good to play too but less certain.

I am continuing my journey and playing a different F2P game every three days, untill GW2 launches.
last ones I tried was Black Prophesy and Allods.
Only made it past the Intro in BP and quit at lvl 7 in Allods.
That is why every 3 days btw, all of them seem to be the same game with different colors.

I'm going to be playing SW:TOR and may dabble in TSW for a bit to see how that goes, mostly because it's has Ragnar in it and i love his work.
Nothing else i've seen interests me.
Help me Bioware, you're my only hope.
Is ToR going to be good? Dude it's Bioware making a freaking star wars game, all signs point to awesome. -G4tv MMo report.
Guild Wars 2 probably. and, most likely, any game that i missed or couldn't play (due to specs) for the last 5-6 years.
