Int+ I read in another thread int equals spell damge
Spr= Someone else told me this equals spell damge, & it equals mp points

STR makes your charactor taller too! (allows you to carry more stones)
Female Halfgiant templars with 200 str and in there Archon from are as big as a two storie building!
If you raise STR as high as you can go, then you will run into stamina problems while swinging weapons. CON gives you more stam, which is fuel for your weapon and weapon powers.
DEX gives you a Defense boost (depending on what armor, weapon, shield, and a few other things you have) and determines damage for dex based weapons like bow's, dagger's, and some disc weapons.
CON as I said gives you more stam, but it also gives you more hitpoints.
Spirit gives you more mana, and raises "healer" skills some.
INT raises ALL skills, and raises the max of ALL skills. Its also raises magical damage. All class's (even melee's) need some INT.
