Bioware has blown the lid off of coverage of Star Wars: The Old Republic and MMORPG.com's Bill Murphy takes a look at the Sith Inquisitor, accompanied by some screens to give a sneak peek into the Sith beginning area. Check it out and then leave us a couple of comments.
For the second round of our Star Wars: The Old Republic press beta experience I went to a class I didn’t think I’d be playing in the live game: The Sith Inquisitor. Now, as it happens, I think I may have accidentally just stumbled onto my main squeeze when SWTOR launches on December 20th. The Sith Inquisitor is like stepping into the shoes of a young Emperor, eager to prove just how badass you are, and willing to do anything to be taken seriously. I’ve tried the Jedi Knight, the Smuggler, and a bit of all the Republic classes… but it’s the Inquisitor that really rang true

Unlimited Power!!!
This looks alot like the Jedi Councilor sadly ;(.
Just read they lifted the NDA so I can say a little more. This is exactly like the jedi councilor. The skills are the same with different graphics and names. Has anyone played these higher than level 10? I hope they start to play differently at that point.
For those saying that this class looks like the Jedi Counsular, that's because the Sith Inquisitor and Jedi Consular are mirror classes. Just like the Sith Warrior and Jedi Knight are mirror classes. It's how BioWarwe is balancing the classes.
Jedi Consular - throws pebbles at people using the Force
Sith Inquisitor - shoots lightning out of their hands and uses the Force to wreck utter devastation
I'll take the Sith Inquisitor over the Jedi Consular any day.

I didnt realize they were doing that. I was hoping for a new experience with each one because to me they both looked cool until I got to play the game and they played the same.
But I must say it was fun playing the Inquisitor just because you could really be evil ;D. I didnt get to play him for many levels but I loved the quest were you had to interrigate the guy. I just kept shocking him over and over ;D
Sith Marauder - Roars people to death.
We have a winner!
I must respectfully disagree.
Bounty Hunter:
We are the bunny.
Resistance is futile.

Touche. Flamethrower IS fun. :P
And Death From Above is even more fun than Flamethrower - that one NEVER gets old.
BH still winning!
BFG...Trooper wins!
jedi consular and sith inquisitor are mirror classes? could be... then again, you get past the consular/inquisitor class within 5-6h since that's only lvl 1-10. the lightning is mainly used by sorcerers since as a sorceror you can't be near your target (you have your companion, Khem Val as a tank so you don't need to). if you go in as assassin though, you'll only be near. and seriously, how can you compare a psychotic, anger addicted force user to one severely limited by morals and such? it's like comparing hitler and ghandi and saying they are mirror versions of each other simply 'cause they're humans.
They are mirror classes at the beginning but after leveling it is all dependant on your choices. Once you are choosing advanced class you coulc have variations between a "rogue" type, a healer, crowd control or simply Dps. It is easy to play the exact same class twice and get 2 differant play experiances (besides story)!
The story between the Consular (Please learn to spell it) and the Inquisitor are completely different. This makes each class a new experience. Don't think because they have similar skills with different visuals they are the same. I played both to the advanced class. I felt the evil on the Sith side and the good on the Jedi. They were both awesome and fun. I'm going to enjoy this game on release.
