So when do I get the download link?

Im one of the many that signed up for beta several years ago and am yet to get in, so I'm pretty excited about the massive almost-open beta coming up. 

I saw the notices that I dont need to get a key from mmorpg.com etc as I have already signed up for beta, so I dutifully didnt....but its now only a few days til it starts, and I still havent got a download link for the client :(

Getting worried now as Im seeing people posting saying they have already downloaded it....

So when do I get the download link?

    Try going to and logging in at swtor.com/tester and see if you can dl. Hopefully you can.

    ye i got beta inv few days ago also but me also i dont see any link to DL the game or anything :S

     

    if anyone knows plz help..

    Yeah, the above advice is correct. The link is http://www.swtor.com/tester however.

     

    Edit: Everything about your tester status is at the tester site above.

    Try this.  If you signed up for beta before 11/11 of this year, you should have an invite when you log in there.

    They just started sending out the download link invites today. I just went to the tester part of there site rsvpd and downloaded client already.

    I did all the before i got my email as my account had been marked prior to getting email with dl

    the invites sent before today were just to let u know u would be invited in the future to a weekend test of which this weekend i belvie is the last one 

    so if u dont have email yet go to the swtor site and the test signup page and check for rsvp thingy.

    Wow, thats a magic link or something!

    I was there just before posting to check it out, and there was no invite. Just clicked your link to go back and I am invited! :)

    Still havent got an email though...

    Well that was pretty quick! :)

     

    18gb or so downloaded, installed and ready to go. They seem to have plenty of bandwidth - was maxing my connection almost the whole time :)

    I've already had it installed from the previous beta but when I try to click to download just to make sure everything is up to date I just want to make sure everyone is getting the same message as I am?

     

    The Error message I get is 

    An Error Occured Updating, 

    Installing Game Client 6 (0%)

    Is that what you guys get? wondering if i should just remove the entire client and start fresh.
