GM Theia has posted an updated list of rules for the new territorial control system, found here:
http://www.mortalonline.com/forums/68764-territory-control.html
"Welcome to Territory Control for Mortal Online!
A number of changes to the rules have been implemented to make Territory Control (TC) possible. We’re excited to see how the player-base reacts as well as very much excited to witness some of the new features happening on Live!
Here is some summary information for you -- you will of course have to investigate the full possibilities in TC for yourselves! As with any set of notes from SV this is not a fully comprehensive briefing and does not take into account any additional content or changes.
Each Guild can now only have one guild stone and that stone can only be placed in the Guild Leader’s house/keep. In the event that you sell the house, the guild stone will appear inside that house chest. It is important to remember that when a guild stone is placed in a keep it acts as a Tower for TC purposes and will cause a bookcase to appear within ( the control panel for TC)."

I really hate to give SV advice, as I am sure that the elite testing team has already covered this... but:
City Magistrates
Every city now has a City Magistrate. If you have a tower whose radius intersects with the Magistrate’s position you will take control of that Magistrate and be able to change how both the guard and priest systems work for that town!
So what happens when more than one tower's radius intersects the Magistrate?

isn't it obvious? the earth will rapture, and a gate from hell will open up letting the antichrist come through.....or actually, knowing SV, absolutely nothing will happen.
The first tower whose radius hits the Magistrate will get control (I think).

right now nobody knows, but if common snese prevailed then they would have it so the first guild that built it would keep control and whom ever builds the highest number of towers overlapping the magistrate would take control.
I think a more puzzling question would be.. If a guild builds their towr within the guard zone how do you siege it??
i like the dierction they are gonig with this and from what i have heard of the testing its going very well. But there are still some unexplained possibilites that i hope they took into consideration such as building within a guard zone.

If you actually read the post they explicitly state that this will not happen... So did you not read it or are you inferring that there will be bugs/exploits which will allow this?
Towers and Keeps

i did read it but i read it awhile ago thanks for clearing it up though slapshot im glad they actually thoguht of it. But when the guardzone is off will it still count as the guardzone. Since they could turn it back on.

Territorial control from towers do not overlap. They expand until they meet the control radius of an opposing tower, then stop.
Whoever's tower expands to control the magistrate first will maintain that control until the tower giving that control radius is removed.

There's a good discussion going on about it, in which a dev has posted, over on the official forum:

Its nice to see a company that communicates with it's playerbase. Even though The TC expansion could still be over a month away. It's always good to see the progress being made.
Never trust a screenshot or a youtube video without a version stamp!
i honestly wouldnt be suprised if it came this weekend.
