The moment i enter my early acces code on the side decides the moment i will get early access...
With early access starting 15 December (is this US only, or EU too) players are spread over 5 days. Which could mean that being one of the latest to get early access would allow me entering the game by 18th or 19th December, or even later.
On top of that why does Origin charge €5 for pre ordering?

The $5 charged for preorder goes toward the total price of the game. If you buy the game when it's released it will be $60, they're just making it into two different charges $5 and $55.
As far as when you will receieve early access, I don't think anyone knows this anwser yet.
