This game sure looks like a massive shared Lucid Dream. Is the game related to lucid dreaming?
If not could it be kind of implented so the user could learn lucid dreaming as he advances. With new methods and techniques. It could be a massive learning game for the users dream world when he go to bed... in real life. For the user to realize that its actually possible to dream consciouss, when he dream at night, and to have as fun as in the game. It would be an wholy new aspect just that!

First off yes to your question since this is a dream and you can day dream, you can dream just by gazing at a beautiful woman for example, of course it is how you will role play this within the game itself that will make it interesting... you enter the dream for brief moments could be looked at as day dreaming and when your on for an extensive period of time could be when you are sleeping?
No I thought about the users real life. Away from the computer screen
Check out http://www.dreamviews.com There's some information about "Lucid Dreaming". It would be awsome if the game could be a learning center for Lucid Dreaming.
That's actually a pretty cool idea, it wouldn't be hard to incorporate useful information about lucid dreaming into the game (even if its just via codexes of learning like in Underlight).
