Pariah is a small, moderate raiding guild that is looking to fill out our roster. We're looking for people that are interested not only in endgame progression, but those who place stock in quality helpfull guilds. Members should be like a family, not just random individuals you occasionally do something with. I'll summarize what we are shortly below, if you are interested or want more information please feel free to contact me and I'll get back to you immediately (Contact information to follow). If you would prefer to meet and discuss things in vent, I will gladly set up a meeting.

We have a ventrilo server
Forum usage a requirement, used to signup for raids
Former WoW guild
Moderate Raiding Requirements:
We will have 4 nights of scheduled raids per week that start at 8PM and conclude at 11 PM. Of those 4, we ask that you be signed-up for at least 2 of those nights. We want raiders to maintain an average of 50% or higher signups from month to month, obviously we encourage and appreciate more. Real life comes first and if you have something unexpected come up that either limits your availability or your ability to be at a raid for the entire duration all that we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible. You won't be penalized for things out of your control.
Answers to Typical Questions
We don't have a current max number of members in mind because we haven't decided whether we will be doing 8 man raids or 16. I want to leave that decision along with exactly which days we raid on to our members.
We would more than likely stop some where in the mid 20's for a pre-launch at the absolute highest, if we could start with either 10 (8 man) or 20 (16 man) dedicated people I'd call it a success. If your question was will we endlessly recruit people then the answer is no, I don't believe in that practice.
I know the guild will get off the ground at launch, I've ran a guild with my 2 other officers in WoW, between us we have the experience to pull it off. On this note I'm not looking to have the little clicks or special benefits for them or anyone else I knew from WoW. I know that can be a concern with people who have played together in the past.
As for the progression pace, my vision is that we will raid on our scheduled nights, for our scheduled time and that's it (off-night raiding for alts is always an option though, s is guild pvp if people are interested). I've experienced the hardcore progression push and don't care for it at all. I want us to be able to move through the content at a decent pace, but above all I want us to be a group of friends, a true guild. That comes before progression any day, meaning I don't want to sit people just to stack a group or make the mathematically perfect group.
