So I pre-ordered, all my friends did so I figured I mine as well join with them so they don't leave me behind. Well, I got my receipt and everything, serial number, blah blah blah. I go to register on the website and it says I don't meet the criteria. Tried it twice, both times it said the same thing. Can only Beta testers sign up on the website or something? Yes I'm of age, 30 years old.
Not sure whats going on, anyone else having this problem?

well beta is over and even when it was going on, in order to be eligible for it you needed to register on the site, so no its only for beta testers. never heard of the problem.
edit: might want to try clearing your cache and cookies, it has helped people with other problems on the tor site before
edit2: you also might want to search here to see if anyone has had similar problems

Just tried it again for kicks. Still says that I don't "meet the criteria". I wish I knew what was going on. I guess I could try again tomorrow and if it doens't work call them. Yeah, really wierd, never seen anything like that before either.

They said they were kicking everyone out of the website and changing it completely to where you have to have the key to make an account, just like WoW. So that could be a reason. You might be in limbo right now which is why.
I'm not sure if this will help but I had an issue I had to call tech support for. The tech mentioned I should use explorer for their website over firefox as there were some "issues". They didn't specify what the issues were and I've used firefox hundreds of times to navigate the site but /shrug. Perhaps it might be some issue that will help you, I dunno.
Ahh, this makes sense.
