    Just a note, it's only a 14 day trial, if you want to continue playing after that time and not waste your hard work, subscribe :) I was firmly against paying a monthly fee until I found EVE...


    Also, a little hint on gameplay, train Frigate and Spaceship command as the first 2 skills so you can get into a larger ship for mining and fighting. Then look at the market, find out what ship you would really like to use and train the skills up, not forgetting to train weapon skills if you want to be a PvP player.

    Learning skills are going to be a great help as well for you when you can afford them as they allow you to lower training times on skills as they get higher. I am sure other people may have some idea's on skills to train as you begin.

    I would like to give this game a shot. Yet to try a game of the sci-fi genre but find this appealing and would most appreciate if the keys still remain i could be passed one.

    I don't think this game will ever die, it's already been going for a few years that I know of, 2002 or 2003. Someone else would know but I have only been playing for 2 months.
