Another noob question from me, I've never gotten my beta character over lvl 10 so I don't know how the world works beyond that for them warrior classes.

Them Ironbreakers could tank sooo much damage we had 4 black orcs on one of them and while he wernt doing much damage he was tanking our damage very well.
You need to explain what your idea of 'BEST' is.
Ironbreakers FTW!
I collect and play the Dwarven army on table top, so I went straight to the Ironbreakers right off the bat during beta. I tried the others, but I've always enjoyed playing the role of a 'meatshield' in other mmo, and the Dwarf tanks do it with style.
Swordmaster!
In my experience, SMs seem to pwn the most.
Currently Playing: 3ds Max 2009
Played and Loved: World of Warcraft, EVE Online, Warhammer Online
Best F2P MMO: Requiem Bloodymare
Want to Play: Aion (See Teaser), DCuniverseOnline (awesome gameplay videos)
definitely ironbreaker, they can take a beating and when they have their grudge at 100, they dish out a fair amount of damage as well.
ok from what ive herd
ironbreaker = best tank, but lowest dmg
swordmaster = crap
black orc = best tank for pvp due to knockback's and snares and has good dps
chosen = looks badass and pwns :O
But this is just what ive herd, plz dont flame me
AWEG RJN
yes, swordmasters are the best pawning tank
don't listen to all these tards who haven't played them. I got to level 17 during OB and using a 2hander, i topped the dmg charts almost every single time in scenarios.
You also get AOE knockback ability at level 16, which you can spam ever 10 seconds.
ironbreaker & swordmaster..
Want to play: Lego Universe
hmm...thought there would be more Destro

I'd say black orc closely followed by swordmaster/ironbreaker (depending on your play style) and Chosen last. Swordmasters are very underrated by many people at this point. I played on as a main in beta and it was very fun and effective - and could be just as hard to take down when played a certain way.
a Black Orc who specs is toughness can tank a sh*t load. they can also dish out some nice dmg. thats why im going to play a Black Orc
Personally, I think the stuntie can take more dmg but the chosen is capable of keeping agro better... although who will discuss with a drunk dorf?! hehehe
Depends on what you want. But not Swordmaster at the moment. Its not bad, but it is sub par to the others. It has some advantages like doing spirit damage, but its somewhat lacking.
At full grudge an IB is probably the most formidable if you are good at switching oath friends. But without the grudge the damage is not as good as black orc. Black Orc is quite tough with good damage and decent group buffs. Chosen is lower damage but has very good AoE debuff and buff potential.
Probably go IB or black orc.
Since hardly anyone is agreeing 100%, I'd take that as a good sign that the classes are pretty well balanced as far as any of us can tell.
I had an amazing time with Swordmaster in OB, liked it as much as my Chosen, which is sadly now forcing me to have two mains on two different servers.
Every profession in Warhammer Online was designed to be the best in RvR (PvP). Hope that helps.
Black Orc path of Da' toughest. Don't know if it's the "best" but it's definitely my favorite.
Soccer hooligans FTW!
For me Black Orc and Chosen played pretty much the same the only difference being Orc was more offensive.
You forgot the blazeing night and.....
WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHBLAHBRAHGHGH!!! ORC ORC ORC ORC ORC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WAAAARGH!
all three styles have their merits...
SM = break enemy lines like a tornado and still have enough soak and dps to kill something, a kamikaze role - you die and listen to everybody congratulating you for being such a wonderful suicidal moron who made everybody (else) win.
IB = great "solo" tank - stick to one key enemy player and pummel him to dust while his group breaks apart in panic ("that dwarf just won't die!!!")
KoTBS = the "party animal" stick to your group, slightly in front of the zerg. lead the pack and everybody will love you, even if you do take care to stay alive (those buffs are precious)
and... SM = black orc, KoBS= chosen, IB = that dark elf dude... if you're into them goths
