Browser ate my pre order code

Couple of weeks back i entered my pre order code and was duly advised thank you your code has been registered, however when i check the code redemption history it is still not there and the code i got is now unusable. Have raised several emails with the quite frankly dreadful customer service who obviously dont talk to each other or log the cAlls properly as ive been asked on 3 occasions to email a screenshot of the email my code came in, which i ha ve done 3 times in a receipted email. Every time i follow up including the ticket reference numbers i get the same template email asking me to do it again.
I have to say im having severe doubts on the ability to handle the amount of people who are going to play this game. Im not greatly concerned about not getting in early early access as i imagine it will probably be a night mare every one fighting over mobs and objectives. Its the principle of paying a premium to have a pre order but not get to use it.
