Pre-order Bonus

I just started and can't see any pre-order bonus, is that a bug or we'll get it only at release ?

depents on youre package, the color stone for exsample (that comes whit any pre-order) should be in youre ingame mail.
Should be a mail in your in game mail box. The preorder bonus is a yellow crystal +8 Endurance.
