How can i cancel my SWTOR Origin pre-order?

Hello guys,
I pre-ordered a digital standar copy of the game from Origin some months ago. After some months waiting for the release of the game, I am not going to be able to play it fully so I have decided to cancel my pre-order. They have not taken any money from me yet (just the initial 5 euros pre-order cost), but I can't find any information regarding how to cancel my pre-order, anyone did it and knows the way to cancel it? thanks in advance

Phone them and speak to someone and cancel it.
I cancelled my digital pre-order. You have to goto the Origin site, find their customer service area and call the support or use online chat support.
That didn't make it easy.
"Make it easy for customers to give you money. Make it hard to take money away. Let them think about it twice..."
